We use private investor finance to fund the majority of our projects. Typically we invest our own funds into projects alongside our investors. We work with a number of investors who enjoy being part of a project without wanting to have any day-to-day involvement.
Our terms are a minimum of 12 months at a competitive fixed rate of return. All loans are accompanied with a legally binding loan agreement outlining heads of terms.
We also work in a small number of Joint Venture partnerships with investors who enjoy being actively involved in projects. Naturally Joint Venture partnerships require dedicated time and active involvement. Because we have existing Joint Venture partnerships, we are not looking to create any new partnerships at this time.
