The site was initially a disused grade II listed agricultural barn that had been part of a local farm for generations. The site lies on the outskirts of the popular North Devon coastal village of Braunton.

After careful consideration, planning approval was successfully achieved for the conversion of the listed barn with a large modern glass extension to form a luxury family home.

Planning was successfully achieved for the replacement of the barn to a luxury split level new build with stunning views over the taw valley.
