Pleased to have recently completed this project in Bristol. The property was in the same family for over 70 years. We transformed the property to a 6 bedroom all ensuite co-living property in Bristol.

The original site was overgrown with large-scale vegetation. The site was in a built up area and needed to be developed with controlled measures in place to minimise any noise and dust pollution.

The result was a contemporary high specification new build selling to very happy local residents.

The original site was incredibly steep and complex. Multiple levels and infrastructure had to be achieved within a considerably tight site.

The result was a high specification contemporary new build that sets a new benchmark for quality housing in this affluent area.

The site lies within the popular North Devon coastal village of Buckland Brewer. The site was initially a overgrown disused parcel of land.

After careful consideration, planning approval was successfully achieved for the conversion of the listed barn with a large modern glass extension to form a luxury family home.
